WHAT TO EXPECT

Ideally, clients should be prepared to attend the home inspection. This allows us to communicate throughout the inspection and discuss in real-time any potential concerns.

A few days following the inspection, you will receive a detailed digital report with photos highlight any areas of concern. At this time, most home inspectors consider their job complete. However, this is not the case when you work with us. We are happy to discuss any questions on the report and can schedule a call to discuss in detail.

Take comfort that no question that you may ask is silly or insignificant! At the end of it all, you should be able to move forward with confidence about the house you are planning on purchasing.
