After over 15 years as a licensed REALTOR, I noticed a gap in the market for stellar home inspectors that truly communicate and interact with their clients. In 2014 I decided to transition from my real estate sales career to that of a licensed home inspector first in Florida and then in New Jersey, I continue to hold licenses in both states. Many of my clients find tremendous value in my real estate industry experience since it gives me a unique understanding of a buyer’s needs, questions, concerns, and timelines. In 2020 my son-in-law John Cranwell has joined me as a licensed home inspector in the business and he brings over 30 years in the home construction industry as a former licensed general contractor and kitchen designer. He has a distinct understanding of the ins and outs of a home from top to bottom. He takes the time to educate and communicate along the way and this is something that serves well in the home inspection business. We are both active members of InterNACHI, the worlds leading association for home inspectors. Through InterNACHI, we stay current with continuing education and special training.

Robert has been amazing throughout our inspection process. He arrived at the house a half-hour before the scheduled time to inspect the outside so he could start right at the scheduled time inside. He answered all of our questions. He was very thorough and provided us with a report quickly. He even checked on something when he went back for the radon canisters for us and mended his report to show the issue. Without a doubt would hire him and recommend him for any future inspections.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Ideally, clients should be prepared to attend the home inspection. This allows us to communicate throughout the inspection and discuss in real-time any potential concerns.
A few days following the inspection, you will receive a detailed digital report with photos highlight,s and areas of concern. At this time, most home inspectors consider their job complete. However, this is not the case when you work with us. We are happy to discuss any questions on the report and can schedule a call to discuss in detail.
Take comfort that no question that you may ask is silly or insignificant! At the end of it all, you should be able to move forward with confidence about the home you are planning on purchasing.
