Are there other services you provide within your inspection?

If requested I can also perform WDO termite inspection and certification; Radon testing; Mold and air quality testing; Infrared thermal imaging, and scan for areas of electromagnetic fields and EF & RF radiation in homes.

Why so inspection fees differ so much?

Most inspectors charge less because they do less. They will inspect at a minimum standard. We don't do that. I take the time needed to talk with my clients to answer all of their concerns and questions and encourage them to contact me even after the sale.

How long does it take to receive the report after the inspection?

We do a thorough job in writing up the inspection report with multiple photos clearly marked for you to go over with your agent or attorney. You will receive it in a few days after the inspection is completed. If you are on a tight time line we are able to work with you to get it to you sooner.
